Welcome to our audio experiences. These MP3 audio files will take you through a series of exercises designed to expand your awareness of the world around you. There are so many things going on right under your nose that you just don’t even see. We’re going to teach you how to begin to perceive the rich world that you live in – to show you that there IS more to life than what you currently experience.
Go In Order
The list is designed to be sequential – in other words GO IN ORDER. If you skip too far forward, you’ll miss the point of the exercise since many of these experiences build on the ones that came before.
